Oriental Watch Company & The Hong Kong Jockey Club Unveiled The “Oriental Watch 55th Anniversary Sha Tin Trophy Gentlemen’s Bow Tie Raceday”

Oriental Watch Company and The Hong Kong Jockey Club proudly announce the Oriental Watch 55th Anniversary Sha Tin Trophy Gentlemen’s Bow Tie Raceday to be held on 23rd October 2016 at Sha Tin Racecourse. To echo the origination of horseracing as a prestigious event in Europe, the organizers cordially invite horse enthusiasts and trendsetters to attend the races in attires adorned with bow ties or bow-related elements. In order to officially announce the details of the exceptional event, a press conference was held at Oriental Watch Company flagship store in Hong Kong recently.


The press conference commenced with the kick-off ceremony, in which Mr. Dennis Yeung, Managing Director of Oriental Watch Holdings Limited and Mr. Anthony Kelly, Executive Director, Racing Business and Operations of The Hong Kong Jockey Club unveiled the details of the Oriental Watch 55th Anniversary Sha Tin Trophy Gentlemen’s Bow Tie Raceday and announced the races named after prestigious watch brands. Mr. Edmond So, founder of LUXE Tuxedo Limited and horse owner, was then invited on stage to share his insights into gentlemen’s styling. The mistress of ceremony then invited Ms. Grace Wong on stage to pick a prestigious timepiece to complete a gentleman’s look. Ms. Grace Wong also shared how to transform a traditional bow tie into an innovative headpiece or bracelet for ladies. The ceremony came to a joyous completion with a toast by the officiating party, wishing the Oriental Watch 55th Anniversary Sha Tin Trophy Gentlemen’s Bow Tie Raceday every success.
