Vogue’s Lisa Love along with Kelly Lynch and Mitch Glazer hosted a
dinner to welcome Tod’s Creative Director Alessandra Facchinetti to LA recently. The dinner for 70 guests was held at Kelly Lynch and Mitch Glazer’s
beautiful John Lautner designed home in Los Feliz. Hors
d’oeuvres and cocktails were served outside by a fire pit overlooking scenic Los Angeles
before sitting down to dinner. Three course dinner catered
by Lucques with music by DJ Isa Machine from the band Florence and
the Machine at the dinner event.

Décor inspiration came from the Tod’s SS15 Runway show “Italian Private Green" and the dinner venue reflected this garden motif. Many guests were also dressed in pieces from the SS15 collection, including the new Tod's Cape bag, shown during Milan's fashion week in September 2014.
Alessandra Facchinetti was named Tod’s Women’s Creative Director in February 2013. Her debut collection for the house was the SS2014 collection in September 2013. Her collections have received strong reviews and accolades conveying the evolution of the Tod's woman and lifestyle with her fresh take on Tod's iconic pieces.
