Bremont x Chivas @ A Celebration of British Craftsmanship

Bremont and Chivas co-hosted a party at the Bremont Hong Kong Boutique, celebrating the sensational Bremont-Chivas collaboration recently to officiate the launch of the Chivas Made for Gentlemen by Bremont, limited edition gift tin recently. Watch enthusiasts and whisky lovers gathered to share in the excitement of a successful launch. The Chivas 12 Made for Gentlemen by Bremont is the third in a series of annual collaborations between Chivas Regal and modern British craftsmen. Year one celebrated the handcrafted brogue by Tim Little and Chivas paid homage to Savile Row tailoring with a limited edition by Patrick Grant in 2013.

This Chivas Made for Gentlemen by Bremont limited edition gift tin boldly features deconstructed watch elements to showcase the elegant and complex engineering of Bremont chronometers and it is a gift with purchase when customers purchase a timepiece from Bremont, but it is also available for sale in its own right. In addition to the gift tin, Bremont is also pleased to announce 12 limited edition ‘Chivalry’ watches, which will be auctioned exclusively for charities around the world. The classically stylish, polished steel Bremont ‘Chivalry’ watch, fitted with alligator strap, features a piece of oak cask used in the maturation of whiskies for Chivas Regal. The signature of James and John Chivas is etched on the rotor of the timepiece and the Chivas crest is subtly embossed on the dial. An engraved copper plate, taken from a retired Scotch whisky copper still, sits on the leather presentation pouch.

Denis Martinet, Managing Director of Bremont Asia, remarks, “The collaboration with Chivas is a genuine meeting of minds. We are both dedicated and passionate about keeping traditions of craftsmanship alive and focused upon leaving a positive legacy. While Bremont watches are ‘Tested Beyond Endurance’, Bremont’s Co-Founders and I have been blown away by the level of skill that Chivas Master Blender, Colin Scott, deploys in channelling nature and time in blending their Scotch whiskies.”
