BREMONT opened its first standalone boutique outside London located on Lyndhurst Terrace in Central Hong Kong one year ago and has become a retreat for all watch and aviation lovers alike. Bremont invited models to sport vintage pilot uniforms, representing Bremont’s aviation heritage to distribute balloons with the brand’s logo on to share in the 1st anniversary celebrations of its Hong Kong boutique.
Giles English, Bremont Co-Founder, came to Hong Kong for the occasion and delivered a welcome speech to guests. Many guests present to celebrate the Hong Kong boutique’s 1st anniversary. “We would like to thank the Hong Kong Boutique’s customers for their continuous support of Bremont over the past year. We aim to continue to bring traditional English features within our concepts and ideas. Bremont’s brand ambassador, British polar explorer Ben Saunders also came to celebrate s Bremont’s 1st anniversary and shared the details of his expedition to Antarctica with other guests." Said English.
“I do not see it as an exploration as such but more camping in the wild. We could not deny that the weather conditions were awful and we had to haul our own supplies by sled of a weight of almost 200 kg. For that I would like to thank my partner-Tarka L’Herpiniere, I couldn’t have done it without him, we supported each other and that’s the main reason we could survive through it. Furthermore, I would like to thank Bremont for the incredible Terra Nova, which worked under such extreme conditions. It was a very important guiding tool for us.”
