Hong Kong Fashion Week FW2012 World Boutique kicked off recently together with the fairs that staging 20 fashion shows including the signature events Fashion Extravaganza. The gala evening featured four internationally acclaimed designers Paris' Risto Bimbiloski reflects his search of inner 'East-West" balance in his designs; London's Craig Lawrence showcased his avant-garde knitwear; Shanghai's Qi Gang believes fashion beauty lies in extremes and Hong Kong's Hidy Ng unveiled a brand new collection for modern and sophisticated women.
Model's from around the world including the first Asian face of Dior, Hong Kong supermodel Grace Yu were staged for Ng's collection, others designed were modelled by Bonnie Chen, Mikki Yao, Ana R, Xiao Yi, Emma Xie and Jia Jing.
Hong Kong trade Development Council (HKTDC) took a step forward to promote Hong Kong as Asia's lifestyle trendsetting hub, a title benefiting the city that boasts the presence of any renowned label imaginable, which offers a platform that attracts top designers and brands to present their works to the world.
