Once bitten twice shy....It can never be as good as it already got. Somehow, the film has a lot of repetition in term of the "formatted" movie making that may/may not bore its audience and it is all depends on how you look at it. No doubt this sequel continues the lots of British's charm on how Sherlock Holmes' story being carried out despite many of them had been made in the past decades, we still find it quite entertaining and the never ending actions add on a little more excitement to it. Thanks to the new casts in this sequel where Stephen Fry's another Holmes' role did charm its audience and made the film funnier, ever. Noomi Rapace and Jared Harris' roles are acceptably well executed. Not a bad Christmas past time for a different genre. Should it be another sequel to anticipate? Perhaps we won't say no if another well written screen writes awaits.
