Over 40 M∙A∙C Artists from Hong Kong gather on the 1st December 2011 for the “Red Day – The Society for AIDS Care” to commemorate World AIDS Day and to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS by distributing red ribbons and condoms in Tsim Sha Tsui. M∙A∙C AIDS Fund has presented a cheque of HK$300,000 to the Society for AIDS Care.
The importance of caring for HIV positive people and the awareness of HIV/AIDS, not only for ourselves but for our future generations’ well-being. M∙A∙C support the local community in Hong Kong through the sales of Viva Glam Lipstick and Lipglass for its third year, each M∙A∙C Viva Glam product sold, M∙A∙C will donate 100% of the selling price (less VAT) to the M∙A∙C AIDS Fund. To date, over $228M USD has been generated globally through Viva Glam sales. In Hong Kong, Viva Glam sales have exceeded HKD 5.3 million since 1996.

To date, MAF has raised over $228M USD exclusively through the sale of M·A·C’s Viva Glam lipstick and lipglass, donating 100% of the sale price to fight HIV/AIDS.
