Robert Clergerie SS2016 Presentation is the delicate combination of craft and design. The 70s mood and attitude, natural tones and prints, masculine college details with a touch of metallic and pop color.
To honor the 120 year anniversary of the French manufacture, Roland Mouret celebrates the brand’s unique take on the combination of craft and design.
He reintroduces many elements from the archive pieces and revisits strong iconic looks, always blending tradition and femininity with a 70s air.
This rich SS2016 collection includes platform wedges, strong heels, signature articulated wooden summer clogs and of course men’s wear flats.
The colors are also a blend of traditional neutrals often in vegetal leather: Cognac and nude accented with white and summer khaki, powder peach, stylized with classic snake prints and metallic shine.
The themes of the season allow the purity of the Clergerie style and tradition to express itself allowing its wearer to create their own very personal style.
