La Perla x Ayumi Hamasaki @ A Charitable Collaboration

La Perla announces a unique charitable collaboration with J-POP superstar Ayumi Hamasaki to celebrate the opening of the new Aoyama Tokyo flagship boutique. The proceeds benefit a selected charity and will be presented to the public in Tokyo during a special in store event on the 24^th of March and made a preview appearance to meet her Hong Kong fans with a cocktail event held in Hong Kong recently.

The collaboration between the two blossomed through a mutual appreciation; Ayumi has been wearing La Perla for numerous music videos and concerts. Recently, she wore a custom-made Neoprene Desire Collection look in red for her COUNTDOWN LIVE 2015-2016 MADE IN TOKYO performance. The piece was specially created in the historical atelier of Bologna.

In addition to this look, a series of exclusive photos shot by La Perla featuring Ayumi wearing the brand’s most iconic pieces. “To me, La Perla is the epitome of elegance and preciousness. It crosses the boundary between simple lingerie and fashion items that you cannot help but want to wear.” Ayumi commented during the photo shoot.
