Location is extremely important, but the luxury of space is king and the greatest luxury of all in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle. A two-bedroom apartment of some 141 square metres in size, you may begin to think it is too much space (especially after Hong Kong), but boy, it’s a wonderful thing. Living in a city like Hong Kong means you are living in a shoe box comparatively speaking, so Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon Serviced Residences is a dazzling address that you need to discover how enjoyable it is to have space, unpack and spread yourself out, which will ease the road ahead for the weeks and months that you need to staying when you are visiting or residing to Kuala Lumpur.

You can choose from One-Bedroom to Three-Bedroom Residences that equally take your breath away. Our Two-Bedroom was simply stunning in all regards and even a One-Bedroom has unbelievable space, but choosing space with elevation is also something you can do at the point of booking with request, as the views from higher up are worth having.

Staying in big brand hotels can provide services and luxury that are hard to say no to, but this property can give you a lifestyle that affords you luxury from a different perspective and more time to enjoy and relax while you are either working from the residence or taking time out from the office.

Our two-bedroom residence in the sky (we were lucky to have been allocated a residence on the 47^th floor – the highest residence in the entire building) was absolutely the tonic for kicking back in a city where a bustling hotel may not always the best way to enjoy the sights and views.   

You will truly feel like this is your home away from home. A fully fitted kitchen (with a double fridge) allows you to set your own timetable for eating and preparing food that you crave at any time of day. A laundry adjacent to the kitchen lets you take the worry out of sending clothes out and how they may be handled by an unknown entity. A living area cum lounge and dining space is so large that encourages you to entertain.

While the study is as large as a small bedroom leave you even more space to unpack all your work paraphernalia and spread everything out to get comfortable, the king bed in the ensuite master suite is supremely comfortable and simply superb. What is the best secret? STORAGE! There are ample closets, draws and shelves for storage everywhere, so unpacking and organizing is a joy on arrival, without wondering how to squeeze everything in. If you have visitors to stay overnight, the second bedroom and bathroom (once again with great storage) is more than adequate and creates a warm welcome for your guests.

There is daily breakfast in the Sky Lounge that meets all the basic needs, but we would recommend stocking up the larder and fridge with your favourite staple food and taking breakfast in the apartment to enjoy the freedom of space and not worrying about securing a table/seat during the peak breakfast period.

Should escaping the spacious confines of your apartment be something you wish to explore, your luxury living style is crowned by the Sky Lounge on the 48^th floor, where you can see the panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur from a different perspective is equal to the renown Petronas Twin Towers.

There are different seating areas, from high table lounge chairs to plush sofas. Games rooms inclusive a pool table and informal business center are beautifully designed on this 48^th floor duplex with artisanal furniture that looks like the cover of any glossy interior and design magazine.

The 48th lounge with classy ambience and elegant furniture where daily breakfast is served as well as one of the best place to watch sunset in the the Urban Kuala Lumpur.

An outdoor barbecue and seating area on the rooftop is rather thoughtful for those who enjoy the outdoors. Beverages are available for purchase in the evenings if you don’t fancy going out to the nieghbourhood Changkat Bukit Bintang’s bars and clubs. It is mesmerizing to just perch on a sofa and watch the world go by especially to watch the sunset through the well polished floor to Ceiling glass windows.

On the 5^th floor, an enormous Olympic length swimming pool plus the children pool as well as the Jacuzzi for your relaxation. A well equipped gym room and yoga room are ideal for further exercises overlooking the gigantic length swimming pool. There is also an outdoor barbecue area that makes a perfect venue to unwind and for sophisticated entertainment hosting.
