Ermenegildo Zegna Couture FW2014 advertising campaign continues
the evolutionary shift of Ermenegildo Zegna Couture with crescendo. Following the same four consecutive image layout as
the previous campaign, the new Zegna images narrate, with detached eyes, a
world of reference that it’s shaping; A new leader, a man with charisma,
not necessarily connected with the culture of business, but that influences
decisions and leads projects to completion. A man at ease in the circles where
he operates.
In SS2014, with the introduction of the ’éminences grises’, the man in grey, as a symbol of the Zegna man of excellence, this season is multiplied and reinforced, with his usual formal elegance; the new universe of luxury tailoring is interpreted in the art photography of Inez & Vinoodh and the protagonist, actor Sam Riley.
A set designed with a minimalist decor gathers in one room, eight men in grey; on the background a map of the world, the world of menswear, of which these are the leaders. In some takes the actor is shot alone, confident in his elegant sportiness, one of the themes of next winters collection. In other shots Riley is photographed in contrast surrounded by others, maintaining the focus on himself, his new elegance and the leadership of the Ermenegildo Zegna Couture menswear message under the creative guidance of Stefano Pilati.
