L’atelier Repetto Debuts in Hong Kong

Repetto debuts the L’atelier Repetto customization service in Hong Kong in SS2014, perpetuating the legend in fulfilling women’s wishes and concretizing their dream to own unique ballerinas. Celebrating the debut of L’atelier Repetto in Hong Kong, Repetto will support ballet students and make their dreams come true by donating all net proceeds from L’atelier sales turnover to The Hong Kong Ballet Group, promoting the art of ballet and fulfilling the ballet dreams of children.

L’atelier Repetto is inspired by the famous French model Brigitte Bardot who ordered a pair of red ballerina from Madame Repetto in 1956. Unveiled in Repetto’s Boutique 22, rue de la Paix in 2010, the service is now available in Hong Kong for the first time. Repetto will donate all net proceeds from L’atelier sales turnover from March to May 2014 to The Hong Kong Ballet Group, promoting the art of ballet and fulfilling the ballet dreams of children.

 Following the success of L’atelier Repetto in Boutique 22, rue de la Paix, Repetto developed a mobile version of this customisation concept and offers it in various boutiques, including Galeries Lafayette, Marseille and Bordeaux. The second generation of L’atelier is available in new boutiques in Cannes and Toulouse, France, and Dubai, Japan and Korea.

Each pair of shoes are made by the skillful artisans in Repetto factory in southern France and 6 weeks lead time is required for production and delivery. Ladies can choose their own colours from 250 shades of soft lambskin, over 120 trimming colours, over 100 classic bows and heels in black, brown or light tone and 15 sizes, creating a unique pair of ballerina shoes.

A little R is placed on the outer face of the right heel in order to make the ballerina shoes of L’atelier Repetto very unique and to distinguish them among the other shoes of the collection.
