An
exclusive evening in celebration of Miranda Kerr’s Michael Kors cover for the
December issue of Elle Japon. The
issue features an eight-page fashion story with Miranda Kerr in the Michael
Kors Holiday looks and a two-page behind-the-scenes feature. Also featured during the event was the
culmination of the #JetSetSelma Tokyo campaign, a fan-inspired and city-focused
digital initiative that celebrates the Selma handbag. As guests
entered the museum, they were greeted with a large, custom-made projection of a
"digital mosaic" of skylines from around the world and the Selma. The mosaic was made up of more than 5,000 images drawn
from Michael Kors-branded content, user-generated content tagged
#MKTokyo, and images from four Phhhoto booths at the event. Each Phhhoto booth featured a
different cityscape as its background and texted an animated GIF to users to
share via text, email or social media.
