Caudlie opend its first stand alone store in Hong Kong and also marked the first store in Asia. The store’s design was inspired by the architecture of the family vineyard of Château Smith Haut Lafitte in Bordeaux. The larger-than-life entrance embodies the shape of the cellar - the stone arch underscores the monumental gate that opens to the secrets and stories drawn from the vine. The store window is a little piece of nature with grapevines beckoning you in but also a space for Caudalie to embody its values. Your journey in Bordeaux begins as you step inside the Caudalie boutique, the presence of large flat screens show the vineyards of Château Smith Haut Lafitte for as far as the eye can see, making you feel like you are strolling through the wine-growing estate. The wall is cladded with rattans which are wrapping materials that pay homage to the ancient traditions of the harvest where baskets were used to collect grapes.

In the center of the store, the Barrel Beauty Bar invites you to discover and try the products by yourself or with a Vinotherapist who offers personalized consultations by appointment. For each collection, Caudalie’s patents are fully expressed and explained in an artistic way. Much like the work of an artisan, the choice of materials and textures used for each range accentuates the characteristics of every ingredient.
