Hamilton X Prince Jewellery & Watch Debuts Basel Latest Classic Collections at V city, Tuen Mun recently and introduce this year’s BASELWORLD fair along with many of its classical creations, showcasing the deeply-rooted relationships between the brand and the fields of movie production and aviation. Combining American spirit
and Swiss precision, Hamilton is one of the best-loved watch brands that is well
sought-after by trendsetters and Hollywood movie stars over the years.
One of the triangle’s faces shows the signature Hamilton visual of renowned stunt pilot Nicolas Ivanoff flying in front of Switzerland’s Matterhorn in a Hamilton-branded stunt plane; the other two faces is a timeline that depicts many chapters of Hamilton’s remarkable history: its beginnings in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1892; being selected as the official watch of the four largest US airlines in the 1930s; its contributions to the US forces during the Second World War; its celebrated connection with Hollywood; the partnership with aviation in recent years, and many more. In addition, the latest Hamilton timepieces in the Jazzmaster, Khaki Navy and Khaki Pilot collections introduced at the BASELWORLD watch fair earlier this year will be shown at the exhibition together with a series of classical timepieces of the brand.
The connection between Hamilton and aviation began in the 1930s. Over the years, the seamless collaboration sees Hamilton creating countless excellent timepiece for pilots and airmen all over the world. In the exhibition, X-Patrol, X-Wind and the Khaki Pilot Pioneer Auto Chrono, all renowned aviation watches from Hamilton will be on display. In addition, the exhibition will also feature models of the aircraft flown by renowned stunt pilot Nicolas Ivanoff, a partner of Hamilton since 2005. Exhibition ends 27th October.
