shooters based on the jersey colours of the teams from
England, France, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Japan and of course,
Hong Kong.
Not only do you have the opportunity to support your favourite team, the shooters taste as tantalising as they look. The shooter for the Hong Kong national team is a mix of Crème de Cassis, gin and cream. The fruitiness of the Crème de Cassis provides is in perfect harmony with the intense creaminess. The shooter for one of the teams, France, features a mixture of Blue Curacao, Vodka and lemon juice presented in the symbolic blue that matches its jersey.
To utilise the ingenuity and replaced conventional cocktail glasses
by infusing the drinks into delicate gummies. There are a total of four Easter Cocktail

The chef at VELVET has also
created a new dish <Classic
French Duck Confit> in duck fat at 64 degrees Celsius for 16 hours. The dish is served with braised savoy cabbage and Parisian potatoes with tangy black cherry sauce which can cut through the richness of the duck.
