Starbucks Hong
Kong launched the exotic, rare and exquisite Starbucks ReserveTM Coffee and the world-leading
Clover® Brewing System recently, making it the second
Starbucks Asia Pacific market to feature some of the most exquisite coffee
beans together with the most innovative coffee-brewing technology the world has
to offer. The Starbucks ReserveTM coffee are available in limited quantities, throughout the year, exclusively at the
newly-renovated Alexandra House Starbucks. This Starbucks store will feature a
Starbucks specialty coffee bar with specially brewed
using the highly-regarded gold standard in brewing equipment innovation.
The Starbucks ReserveTM is a category of ultra-premium coffee
that represents the pinnacle of Starbucks coffee perfection and passion. Starbucks Hong Kong will introduce two new Starbucks
ReserveTM coffees every two months, starting with the Guatemala
Antigua Finca Medina and Cameroon Mount Oku. Both of them are rare and
extremely limited coffees, each hand-picked for their distinctive flavors and
unusual locales around the world. For example, the farm Finca Medina produces
less than 1,000 bags of coffee per year.
The Clover® brewing system is a unique
brewing method using a patented Vacuum-PressTM technology that
will allow coffee drinkers to discover new layers and dimensions within a
coffee’s familiar aroma, flavor, body and acidity. The Starbucks ReserveTM
coffee available exclusively at the newly-renovated Alexandra House Starbucks
in Central, will be perfectly brewed by the cup for every customer. To enjoy the exquisite flavors of Starbucks ReserveTM coffee at home, customers can brew
the whole Starbucks
ReserveTM coffee bean with a
coffee press at home.
Coffee lovers who like to pair their
cups with gourmet food, the inviting premise at Alexandra House Starbucks offers
up to 30 exquisite food choices to pair with the special reserved coffee ranging from freshly baked croissants, baguette sandwiches to handcrafted
desserts.
“The
Starbucks ReserveTM coffee beans are often found in very small,
unpredictable quantities by Starbucks coffee experts who have developed deep
relationships throughout the coffee growing regions around world. Because of
the limited availability, it is only befitting to prepare the Starbucks ReserveTM
coffees using the world-leading Clover® brewing system,” said Chris Gimbl, global product manager,
Starbucks ReserveTM.
