MIGUEL TORRES Santa Digna Estelado Rose NV is an unique sparkling wine that is 100% Pais, the first grape to be planted by Chile's pioneers hundreds of years ago. The first sparkling rose made with "Pais" grape has a personality of its own, and is made using the traditional method with the second fermentation in the bottle.
The Pais rose colour with fine and persist ant bubbles, The nose offers aromas of red fruits and citrus, while the palate shows the fresh, lively, and genuine characteristic of the ancestral varietal Pais. Bodegas Torres is a family winery which was founded by Jamie and Miguel Torres in 1870 at Vilafranca del Penedes, Spain. 
After successfully establishing themselves in Spain, in 1979, Miguel Torress took his knowledge and expertise to found winery in Chile, pioneering the creation of their wines form selected vineyards across Chile;s valleys. In addition, the company has deep respect for the natural environment, with all vineyards certified 100% Organic.
