GIORDANO X HK Great Designers @ Pass d' Torch Play it Forward

Giordano presents “Pass the Torch, Play it Forward” Project teamed up with 20 local designers have joined hands to exhibit the power of creativity and to demonstrate the power and passion of passing-on. The beautiful things we have at the moment are the fruits of the diligent works and devotions of our previous generations, bits by bits hanging down to us. Giordano believes that creativity is seeds and, with hearty cultivation, will pass on to future generations and shine brightly forever and supporting and promoting the local creations and devoted to raising the next generation’s creativity.

The “Pass the Torch, Play it Forward” Project, exhibiting the power of creativity and passing on the positive energy to future generations!  “Pass the Torch, Play it Forward” is a slogan, but more a great mission. Giordano is a platform that allows youngsters to create dreams and pass it on. “Giordano x HK Great Designers Pop-up Store” mini exhibition was held where giant coloured pencils were used as the main theme for encouraging younger generation to take part in local creations. 

 

With thoughtful effort, tees, women skirts, harem pants for men and women, scarves, egg ponchos, skirt leggings, caps and tote bags were launched. Having the torch graphic on the tee label as a signature icon, it well represents the concept of “Pass the Torch, Play it Forward”; Sealing wax effect is used on hem tags. Some tees are embellished with puff flock prints with trendy neon detail, giving the tees an interesting texture and a rich patterned effect.

For men’s pocket tee, the print is playfully hidden in the pocket; while women’s tee comes with cute suede prints and a pattern that imitates watercolour paintings that gives a feel of the designer’s original strokes. Adorned with neon furry dots, the tee is simply an adorable must-have item for any trendy young girls!
