some of the classic dishes of the restaurant and unlimited serving of carving
using the prime Angus beef. The carving serves up different parts of the
prime beef every night; rib eye for the tenderness and juiciness, or the
sirloin grilled to a perfect charcoal oozing tempting meaty flavors, all
selected by Harlan’s prominent and young Head Chef Kwan Wai Chung. Enhancing
the flavors and aroma will be choices of home-made sauces, e.g., gravy,
