It is such a delight watching one of the best actors portraying some of the notable celebrities in the past. Anthony Hopkins's portraying the master of suspense Alfred Hitchcock's uptight yet playful, with a morbid sense of humor flawlessly as well as Heren Mirren's Alma Reville firely intelligence role simple steal the limelight of the entire movies. Not forgetting some phenomenal supporting roles such Scarlett Johansson, Toni Collette, Jessica Biel, Danny Huston and etc. <Hitchcock> is a love story about one of the most influential filmmakers of the last century, Alfred Hitchcock and his wife and partner Alma Reville. The film took place during the making of Hitchcock;s seminal movie Psycho. Every movie buff were curious about how the master lived his life in real and how could he produced such terrifying movies in the past that scared the hell out of the entire world. The film had the answer reviewing some of the untold stories. Director Sacha Gervasi told the story of Hitchcock's marriage in crisis worrying his wife and was having an affair, there are plots and lines filled with great humors in between a relationship. Although the film was not really made for Hitchcock's fans but it remains an enjoyable film for those great actors involved.
