Harbour City Celebrates The Year of Snake @ The Sound of Encouraging Drums & Auspicious Patchworks

Harbour City celebrates the year of the Snake by bringing the " Sounds of Encouraging Drums" as the main theme by adopting festive Chinese drums and auspicious Chinese patchworks as it Chinese New Year installation. Harbour City's Ocean Terminal Forecourt has transformed into a waterfront "promenade of Chinese Drums" to welcome the Chinese New Year with cheerful and encouraging sounds of Chinese drums.

A HK$20 donation can also be made to Hong Kong Blood Cancer Foundation (HKBCF) with a "make-a-wish" card and share a photo taken at charity wishing area on personal facebook.

Try your luck by meeting the Chinese God of Fortunate and models with "Chinese New Year Costume" distributing calligraphic greetings and candies during the Chinese New Year period.

The drum band of Ying Wa Primary School which is the champion of Hong Kong synergy 24 Drum Competition staged a performance during the opening event.
