Mr. Taco Truck, the authentic Mexican restaurant in Hong Kong launched a festive Christmas menu by James Hong, a travel writer to coincide with the traditional Mexican tradition of celebrating not on one day where families typically perform La Posada, a nine-day biblical procession that reenacts the search for shelter by Joseph and Mary before the birth of Jesus.
The "Mexican Food Adventure in 10 days" were introduced by showcasing the traditional dishes as well as specialties consists of Al Pastor (Spicy Pork) Quesadilla, Cochinita Pibil (Mayan Pork) Tortilla, Super Nachos, Pan de Elote (Corn Bread) and Horchata ( Cinnamon Rice Milk) are offered for both dine-n and catering.
