Wellendorff hosted a special press luncheon showcasing their latest high jewellery collection and demonstrated their commitment to creating exclusive and exquisite jewellery pieces inspired by love. The event was enriched by a musical performance entitled the <Wellendorff Jay Alexander Show>, which was tailor-made for the occasion. 5-time Golden Disk Award-winning baritone singer Jay Alexander, who sang a set of classic songs to honor Wellendorff’s heritage in devotion to loved ones.

 

In highlighting the brand’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship in high jewelry and to behold the spirit of love, unveiling for the first time in Hong Kong Wellendorff’s one-of-a-kind high jewellery pieces, such as the <Amulet Dreaming Angel> with iconic curved shape angels wings engraved on sparkling white enamel with a striking solitaire of 1.25 carats, the <Maxi Brilliance of the Sun Necklace> that captures the light in a way that embraces itself in a shimmer of a thousand diamonds, the <Necklace Magic Angel> infused with the sparkle of the white moonlight with the magic of a beneficent angel to guard and give love and the <Necklace Sun Star> embellished with the exquisite 4 carat diamond that floats perfectly on top of the brilliance of the sun strands. All echoed perfectly with Alexander’s song in representation of the enchanting story of an angel amulet that brought two strangers together in everlasting love.

 

  

  

 

 

 In describing how the collection was created, Georg Wellendorff explains, “the process of selecting the perfect design is a long one, with only twenty out of a thousand designs being chosen. On top of that, we chose only the most beautiful diamonds for the collection.

 

 

At the end of the lunch, each lady was offered a vivacious red rose as a reminder of the genuine values of love, as a perfect reflection to Wellendorff’s emphasis on feminine elegance in its new high jewellery collection, and their vision in crafting every piece with their own philosophy of “Wahre Werte” - to be real, true and authentic. After the show, guests were treated to delectable desserts, all the while surrounded by intricate pieces of jewellery.
