The
Lindeman’s specially launches
the Sweet Seasons wine series in Hong Kong. The refreshing series
consists of three different flavored fruity wines that include: Lindeman’s NV
Sweet Seasons ‘Zibibbo’, ‘Dulciana’ & ‘Blancello’, which seamlessly can be pairing each day’s food, taste or feel. In addition, the alcohol is 25% less than
other similar products which all the more makes Lindeman’s NV Sweet Seasons
series the healthier choice. Lindeman's NV Sweet Seasons Zibibbo is light straw
with green tinges. It exhibits fresh, lifted grape aromas of musk, citrus,
honeysuckle and spice. The palate of vibrant sherbet and tropical sweet fruit
flavors create a delectable finish with balanced acidity. The wine is suitable to pair with healthy food like chicken, seafood or
salad. Such sparkling wine can also stimulate the
mood when it comes to
celebration
ceremony and party.
Lindeman's NV Sweet Seasons
Blancello is straw with green tinges. It exhibits lifted aromatics with citrus
and floral notes, with tropical fruit
overtones and subtle spice with the palate of fruity and luscious natural grape
sweetness. Tropical notes with fresh, soft acidity add length to the finish. Blancello is suitable to pair with healthy food like chicken, seafood or
salad. Lindeman's NV Sweet Seasons Dulciana is bright red and
rich and ripe fresh red fruits on the nose with dark berries, plums and subtle
spice. It is light to medium bodied with dark berry fruits, plums and black
cherries on the palate. The natural fruit sweetness is balanced by gentle
acidity and soft rounded tannins to create a seamless wine from start to finish. It is suitable to pair with salad, light pasta meal
or lamb.
Lindeman's Chief winemaker Wayne Falkenberg said:" the drinking experience with LINDEMAN's Sweet Seasons is suitable for those looking for lighter lifestyle alternatives. Different in climate and soil for example means the grapes express different flavours and characteristics. Lindeman's Sweet Seasons series originated from the warmer areas of Western Australia, which under these conditions have created exceptionally sweet grapes."
