The company was founded in Vicenza, Italy, where Giuseppe Bicego began producing fine jewellery in 1958, and Marco Bicego launched his own brand in 2000. Deeply rooted in his Venetian origin and the natural settings surroundings in his city, Marco Bicego has always believed in the quality and secrets of Italian jewllery. The jewels attain a “Made in Italy” identity through a fascinating mix of classic Italian tradition with contemporary design. All the jewellery are still handmade in Vicenza headquarter. From initial sketches to the actual manufacturing, all stages are kept in-house to ensure outstanding quality. Every Marco Bicego creation is original and esteemed for two indelible reasons: meticulously selected precious materials are of the highest quality, and the careful manufacturing processes meld hand-craftsmanship with cutting edge technology. Using Bulino, a traditional Italian engraving tool, each and every piece of jewellery is uniquely handmade by experienced craftsmen, engraving a luxurious touch and the right finish on the surface.

 

  

  

This skill of art has a profound history and can be dated back to the 14^th century. Another craftsmanship that Marco Bicego prides itself in is the gold casting skill with hand manipulated coil. 18K golden coils are hand-hammered and twisted into flexible cords, giving the jewellery piece a unique and sensual shape and silhouette.
