Feast (Food by East) teamed up with Aesop and launched an afternoon tea exclusively from 1-30 November 2012 to create a refreshing experience for a relaxed afternoon.The afternoon tea is inspired by Aesop’s signature ingredients such as Citrus Rinds, Juniper, Sage, Parsley Seed, Rosemary, Walnut, Lavender and Rose. Executive Chef Colin Gouldsbury has made use of all the above ingredients and specially prepared a selection of mouth-watering savoury bites including Smoked Salmon and Citrus-Dressed Cream Cheese Profiteroles, Duck and Juniper Wraps, Grilled Chicken with Sage in Parsley Seed Bread Finger Sandwiches, Rosemary-infused Focaccia Bread with Parma Ham and Provolone,Lavender and Honey Teacakes, Lime and Basil Macaroons,Chocolate Rose Creams, and Cranberry, Walnut and Praline Tartlets, along with a choice of tea or coffee.
In Addition, an on-site demonstration to introduce their full range of products for the skin, hair and body and available every Saturday for the whole month of November at Feast from 3to 4pm. The Aesop afternoon tea is priced at HK$165 for two people from Monday to Sunday throughout December from 3 to 5.30pm. A special Aesop gift together with a postcard for a complimentary skin consultation and product samples catered for their skin at the Aesop store at City plaza will be given away.
