MARIMEKKO FW2012 @ Clothing Collection

Marimekko FW2012 clothing collection brought us to the new season directed by the Head of Fashion Design Noora Niinikoski. Other designers behind the inspiring collection are Mika Piirainen, Tuula Pöyhönen, Mai Ohta, Nina Pirhonen and Satu Maaranen. Featuring both novel and classic patterns, the clothes and accessories created for everyday use come to life in a harmonic range of colours typical of the season.

 Let’s say goodbye to the hectic, scorching summer. The autumn is on its way and tells us: “Off to the woods!” It’s time to enjoy the brisk mornings and see the luscious berries and mushrooms. Just put on something warm, and the Finnish autumnal nature with all its surprises is yours. And its colours with the perfect background created by the soft mizzle. Ripe orange, straw-yellow, forest green with millions of tones...
