FEAST New Menu @ Simple Food Inspired by International Flavours

A simple lifestyle for a simple meal adding new inspiration to life. EAST hotel Executive Chef Colin Gouldsbury introduced a new a la carte menus bringing simple and eclectic international cuisines from across the world to Feast (Food by EAST). The new a la carte menu features ingredients sourced from the sea along with our Chef Gouldsbury’s personal favourites acquired through his worldwide travels and past experience.
Starters vary from Seared Carpaccio of Beef, Brown Bread Crusted Scallops, Blue Crab Cakes to Goat’s Cheese and Thyme Tartlet. Main courses include Garlic and Rosemary Lamb Fillets, Grilled Pacific Cod, Honey-Lime Chicken Skewers to Pan Fried Alaskan Salmon. From the pasta & risotto kitchen, the menu features Spaghetti with Prosciutto, Crab and Chili Linguine and Leek Risotto with Lemon Fish.
Further menu highlights are regional culinary influences encompassing Chinese to Indian and Thai, seen in the individual dishes including Szechuan Fried Pork, Thai Prawn and Scallop Curry, Thai Style Sweet and Sour Barramundi, Tandoori Chicken Tikka as well as traditional Indian Dosa with the option of Masala or chicken.
For the sweet tooth, a variety of European desserts have been introduced including a rich Irish Cream and Dark Chocolate Mousse, Lavender and Blueberry Crème Brulee, Crème Caramel, Chilled Lemon Soufflé with Limoncello and Tarte Tatin.
