JIMMY CHOO AW2012 Ad Campaign unveils a series of bold images shot by renowned fashion photographer Terry Richardson. “We wanted to capture the innocent and glamorous spirit of the late 1960s, the joy of dressing up in eclectic Rock ‘n Roll style, of feeling cool and going out.” Said Jimmy Choo Creative Directors Sandra Choi and Simon Holloway Peering into the back seat of an antique Rolls Royce Phantom V, the campaign conveys a stolen glimpse of a fictional rock ‘n roll couple on a night out. Models Querelle Jansen and Jonas Kessler both beckon and daunt the photographer’s lens, offering a sense of the contradictory relationship between celebrity and photography. Inspired by the glamour of late 1960s London hedonists like Mick Jagger and Marianne Faithfull, the image explore a decadent bohemian allure realised through the styling of Camilla Nickerson.
