New Samsung NX1000 @ Compact System Camera

Samsung launched of a new member of the NX series – Samsung NX1000 compact system camera featuring a compact, fashionable design and excellent functionality, with Wi-Fi connectivity and a unique Smart Link hot key, which together enable wireless sharing of videos and images with a single button anywhere and anytime. With a light, compact body and fashionable design, Samsung NX1000 is extremely portable with a weight of only 222 grams. It is equipped with an APS-C CMOS sensor at 20.3 megapixels, delivering detailed and high quality images comparable to professional cameras.

A wide range of sensitivity up to ISO 12,800 offers convenience for users by utilizing natural light under dim environment to capture perfect pictures; while a high-resolution LCD display will provide you with higher contrast ratio and vivid colors, which enables photographer to focus on framing of photos. In addition, NX1000 can take up to 8 photos per second in continuous shooting mode, with a sensitive focus system to capture any fast motion in detail.

Samsung NX1000 contains built-in Direct Wi-Fi technology, which enables access to the internet through more than 500,000 Wi-Fi hotspots. Users can send emails, upload photos or videos to social website like Facebook, Weibo and Youtube anytime. Also, the MobileLink and TV Link functions allows NX1000 to be directly connected to smartphones, laptop computers or TVs for immediate viewing or sending of images; while the unique Smart Link hot key makes connection and sharing photos through compatible smartphones, tablets or laptop computers as easy and convenient as pressing a single button.

 

 The built-in Auto Backup function of NX1000 enables users to back-up photos and videos to the computer at home automatically through wireless network without cable connection. Users can also upload photos to Microsoft Skydrive 25GB free Cloud storage, so that precious photos can be kept when personal computer is not by their side during a trip. Through the Remote Viewfinder function, a smartphone can be used as a remote controller to preview the camera image and take the photo, giving users more shooting angle possibilities.

It also contains a built-in Smart Auto 2.0 function, which accurately detects the exposure value and colour temperature required, so that users can focus on framing a spectacular view. NX1000 inherits NX series’ widely appreciated i-Function 2.0. It offers convenience to photographers by maintaining their shooting posture, using focus ring to adjust aperture, shutter speed, ISO sensitivity and other configurations, or to select various built-in filters and effects, which can be previewed immediately.
