《BBQ Sundays @ Sugar Deck East Hotel》

Summer is best to stay outdoor especially indulge yourself on the 32nd floor chic and modern rooftop deck in Sugar with an extensive al fresco terrace and spectacular views across the harbour. Nothing will complete without a Mediterranean vibe with its lately launched Sunday BBQ’s to enjoy a chilled and pampered lazy afternoon.

 The Sunday lunch is about choice. You may begin with a choice of 5 different crispy fresh salads with selections of dressings. As for the main, a choice of 3 main courses - Surf and Turf or an alternative of meat or fish chosen in turn from Chef Colin’s weekly recommendations including lamb, chicken, tuna, crayfish and more. Dressing for the meat inclduing the choice of pestos made from basil, tarragon and coriander as well as a selection of homemade sauces including garlic butter sauce, saffron lemon butter and chilli sauce.

  

  

  

 

Not forgetting the sweet ending to finish off your meal at the dessert bar with a variety of homemade desserts and cakes including mini banoffee pies, lemon tarts and mini tiramisu.The Sunday BBQ is available every Sunday from 3 June, from 12noon -3pm, priced from HK$285 and specially priced beer, wine and cocktails at HK$50.
