Le Chef Celebrates First Anniversary @ Wine Pairing Menu & Signature Cocktail

Le Chef, the signature fusion restaurant at Metropark Hotel Wanchai Hong Kong celebrated its first anniversary with wine pairing menu and signature cocktail. The goumet restuarant has been offering extraordinary global cuisine infused with both Asian and Western dishes to the Wanchai dining scene since its grand opening last year.
To celebrate the anniversary success, Senior Sous Chef Rick Kwan presents a special 4-course first anniversary menu and a 9-course tasting menu with appetizing seasonal ingredients such as Mint Apple Vinaigrette, Cocktail Orange Sauce, Balsamic Pear Vinegar and Basil Orange Jus. The enticing first Anniversary menu is complimented with six exclusive wines selected by Frédéric Le Coustomer, Sommelier of Metropark Hotel Wanchai Hong Kong, who have selected wines with a fruity note and a subtle aroma to match the summery taste of the dishes.
 
 
 
A signature cocktail created by award-winning mixologist Antonio Lai, featuring seasonal fruits such as lime, cranberry and ginger with vodka, will be available at Le Chef to offer diners a refreshing choice during the summer. Lai, a widely respected mixology consultant, introduced the molecular mixology concept to Hong Kong in 2009. As a member of the Executive Committee of The Hong Kong Bartenders Association, he devotes his time to training local mixologists. Guests will be able to try Le Chef’s signature drink, the Metro-politan.
