《SWATCH Opens Flagship Store @ Central》

As a creative and joyful brand, Swatch has surprised us with countless stunning creations year after year. Even the Swatch Stores are ever-evolving just as the world of fashion. In every Swatch Store, each and every masterpiece is showcased to perfection, exuding overwhelming charm. Swatch further expanding its retail network by unveiling its largest Flagship Store at the heart of Central, Hong Kong.

Light, above all, and colors in motion as the mannequins walk past. The new Swatch Store concept is designed to bring light, color and motion together to make the change from one trend-setting scene to the next as smoothly as possible. Imagine the walls of a Swatch Store transformed into a giant billboard. Several times each year, as new Swatch ad campaigns are rolled out in the world around the customer, the Swatch Store becomes another screen. The white walls filled with images drawn from the latest campaign. The stores become a part of every campaign.

In addition to unveiling the New Gent Lacquered collection of ten eye-catching watches, it stands proudly as the fourth Swatch Store in the world to bring in an exclusive and ingenious concept after the fashion of those at Time Square, New York City, Champs-Élysées, Paris and the Swatch Art Peace Hotel, Shanghai. Circular “chandeliers” formed from a cluster of colorful Swatch watches hang down the white ceiling. Underneath, newly-designed wavy display tables invite customers to take their time trying on watches that appeal to their own palate under a relaxing atmosphere, in keeping with the convention of Swatch. The elements are organically shaped, fluid and flowing. They are designed to support the idea of motion, of changing trends and fashions on the move.
