French entrepreneur Philippe Charriol founded his own brand CHARRIOL in 1983 and since then has diversified into a multi-product brand over the years. The witty man with a style and full of character is fun, humorous and a dreamer never afraid of new adventure, came to Hong Kong recently to "show Off" his latest women fragrance entitled <Show Off> and shared his secret of success with mylifestylenews the family's brand building and passion of car racing......on ice.
There aren't many family brands these day that still carry the person's name in which he/she is still running it. We are one of the late starters, the brand initiated and started me in 1983 and has been diversified over the years to become a multi-product brand. The main production lies on Swiss watches and jewellery, we also produce leather goods, writing instruments, eyewear, fragrances, men’s apparel and in late 2011, CHARRIOL is proud to introduce the launch of the wine collection.
25 years ago I met a an old friend who is perfumer and we had a discussion about producing fragrances especially a fragrance that suitable for Asian. After numerous discussions and trials and things has been put on hold for a while until recently, we thought it was about time to "Show Off" what we got. The new female fragrance <SHOW - OFF> by CHARRIOL was then unveiled, this late bloomer is the charm and beauty of women for all to see.

China is a big venture for us and we have over 10 stores in China, they are still the best customers for us. China is a mass market when comes to consumption power, they really spend. As a businessman, our aim is to success and try always to be the 1st to venture in many other opportunities.
