Following the inauguration of the new Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique in Monaco, H.S.H. Princess Charlene wore the Océan necklace to the Bal de la Croix Rouge, for her first official appearance since her wedding. This pledge of love, offered by the Prince to his Princess, who chose its name, transforms into a tiara.
