Being one of the world most small leading hotels, this privately own secluded resorts had won many words of mouth through its guests who had stayed with them before. Nakamanda Resort & Spa Krabi is one of those who would deliver the kind of holiday for those who are really after a peaceful, relax and temporary "out-out-touch" with the outside world. We love the lush of green in this resort as you can tell how much effort they have put in for the maintenance to keep it such tidy and evergreen once you were being escorted to your villas through the passage. All rooms are with villa style and some with private jacuzzi access and even your own small pool overlooking the Andaman Sea.
The swimming pool is enormous and generally quiet and relaxation guaranteed except there isn't any proper beach but rocky and muddy as this seems happen to most resort on Krabi Island. We love the idea of their breakfast, an a-la-carte menu was presented and you can order as much as you can from the local Thai selection to the Western Toasts and Croissants and etc. This is to avoid any wastage on buffet especially when the resort is not at its peak season.
The Spa selection is rather extensive and the room are spacious, the well-trained masseurs have the know-how and understand your need to ease your body wariness. Service can be a little slow but courteous, after all when you come to have a slow and set your mind free vacation, what's the hurry?!
