Longines Saint-Imier Collection @ “Capture The Elegant Tradition” Photography Contest

Longines demonstrated its core value, with The Longines Saint-Imier Collection “Capture the Elegance Tradition” Photography Contest earlier. Through the contest, Longines hoped to raise the social awareness towards tradition, heritage and conservation, through pressing the camera’s shutter, the elegant moments of culture can be captured.

The four-week contest received overwhelming response of over 4,300 submissions and 62,000 website visits have recorded. Following the panel of judges’ including Wing Shya and Denise Chan etc deliberation and an interactive online voting which had attracted 17,500 voters, the three winning photos and the most popular photo were selected and exhibited today at the prize presentation ceremony cum photo exhibition held at Main Concourse, Ocean Terminal, Tsim Sha Tsui.

  

  

With fabulous prizes totaling HK$200,000, the champion received an exquisite Longines Saint-Imier watch (value $33,400) and a round-trip flight ticket to Switzerland for two, while the first and second runner-ups each won a Longines Saint-Imier watch (value $19,200 and $17,300 respectively). While the one with the highest number of votes was awarded a Longines Saint-Imier watch (value $17,300), the lucky voter supporting this photo also won a free round-trip flight ticket to Shanghai for two.
